Our Free Shipping offer is available in the United States only. Orders shipped to international addresses do not qualify. Wholesale items purchased with a Purchase Order do not qualify for Free Shipping. Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized/overweight products.
Most orders (16 ounces or less) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This is trackable and normally arrives within one to three days, but one to three day delivery can't be guaranteed on orders shipped with our Free Shipping offer. Some orders may ship via FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground. Delivery times range depending upon the distance to the destination.
If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

SECTION 13 – ARBITRATION AND CLASS WAIVER
WE BOTH AGREE TO ARBITRATE: YOU AND CANNUKA AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH UNDER THE EXCEPTIONS TO THE AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE BELOW.
No Class Actions: You may only resolve Disputes with Cannuka on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, aggregate, collective, or representative action. Class arbitration, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted under our agreement.
Waiver of Jury Trial: By entering into this arbitration agreement, you and Cannuka are each agreeing to waive the right to a jury trial.
What is Arbitration: Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow these Terms as a court would.
Opt-out of Agreement to Arbitrate: You can decline the agreement to arbitrate by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and stating that you (include your first and last name) decline this arbitration agreement. The Opt-Out Notice must be emailed no later than thirty (30) days after the date you first accept these Terms by using Cannuka’s website.
Arbitration Procedures: The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will administer the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration Fees: The AAA rules will govern payment of all arbitration fees. You agree to pay initial filing fees (not to exceed that which would be paid in a state or federal court located in Hamilton County, Ohio). Cannuka will pay all other arbitration fees for claims less than $10,000. Unless prohibited by the AAA rules or applicable law, each party will pay their own attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, you agree to pay Cannuka’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration if the arbitrator determines your claim is frivolous. Furthermore, if Cannuka or you file an action in a court of law or equity in violation of this arbitration agreement, we agree to pay the other’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred if successful in moving the action from a court of law or equity to arbitration.
Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate: Either you or Cannuka may assert claims, if they qualify, in small claims court. Either party may bring a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of Cannuka’s products, or infringement of intellectual property rights (for example, trademark, trade secret, copyright or patent rights) without first engaging in arbitration or the informal dispute resolution process described below.
Informal Dispute Resolution; Notice and Opportunity to Cure: You and Cannuka agree to first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. Accordingly, neither you nor Cannuka may start an action, either through binding arbitration or in small claims court for at least sixty (60) calendar days after you or Cannuka notifies the other of a dispute by sending a written document via certified mail. The document must be titled, “Dispute Resolution Notice.” You must send the “Dispute Resolution Notice” to Cannuka, LLC, c/o Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, LLC at 3825 Edwards Rd., Suite 650 Cincinnati, Ohio 45209, and we must send our Dispute Resolution Notice to your billing address then appearing in our records. The Dispute Resolution Notice must: (i) contain your full name and contact information; (ii) the nature and basis of the dispute; and (iii) set forth the specific relief sought in connection with the dispute. In the event that you and Cannuka do not reach an agreement to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) calendar days after the Dispute Resolution Notice is received, then you or Cannuka may commence an individual action in accordance with this Section.
Severability: If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be severed, and the remaining arbitration terms shall be enforced.
SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

CANNUKA’S LIABILITY STEMMING FROM THE SALE, PURCHASE, OR USE OF ITS PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S) (OR LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW).
IN NO CASE SHALL CANNUKA, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
